All customer-cancelled online orders after payment has been processed, are subject to a 5% processing fee charged via our payment processor, PayPal or Stripe.

Shipping price are automatically generated and are based on average shipping rates to Canadian and US destinations. Canadian shipping is $29.95 and US is $39.95. We only provide shipping to Canada and USA locations. All orders shipped outside of Canada are international. All international orders are FINAL SALE, and any duty or brokerage fees is the responsibility of the customers and is not covered by us, B&P Cycle. The average duty charge from Canada to USA is 11% paid by the customer upon pick-up or delivery.
Free shipping is offered to orders over $300 and ONLY within Canada. Free shipping cannot be combined with other discount codes. Bicycles, hockey sticks and oversized boxes are NOT included. Oversized items include but are not limited to, goal pads, hockey sticks, wheel bags and goal bags. These items are subjected to extra shipping charges.
If you use the free shipping code on an item or order not eligible for free shipping, you will be sent a separate invoice for the FULL cost of shipping. It is the customers responsibility to add the proper code with the correct items in the cart.
